Development

Material

The requirement to use increasingly cheaper materials in the production of stamped parts, in line with pricing policy, is a challenge. We are familiar with the common material qualities and know how to maintain quality.

Often narrow tolerances are drawn during the construction of a product, which can then develop into horrendous cost drivers during material procurement. At WKK, we achieve optimum results in terms of both quality and price by adapting the manufacturing process so that the same tolerances are achieved even with cheaper materials.
