In order to be able to produce a sheet metal part quickly and cost-effectively, we often use laser cutting. With fast and flexible partners, we are able to procure sheet metal unwindings quickly and process them into finished prototypes with our forming tools. Sample tools can thus be reduced to a minimum.

We also produce sample tools for our customers with our high-performance tool construction. In these tools we can illustrate complex, non-simulable deformations experimentally. This gives you the opportunity to test concrete applications with fully operational prototypes and the resulting production-related products.

Often sampling tools are used for a first pilot series. This enables us to support our customers in purchasing the ordered formed parts in small quantities. It can be guaranteed that the end consumer will receive a product of the same quality as the first sample or pilot series parts, even with higher quantities.
