The stamping shop has a high value in our company. Here the punched articles are produced in series with the tools developed and manufactured by us. We can draw on over 50 years of experience in stamping technology and master our processes! In our resource-optimised, modern punching shop and assembly shop, WKK is equipped for any quantity. We manufacture and deliver large and small series with absolute perfection. Since 2008 our production orders are processed fully automatically with our APS system. Planning is fully automated with the server. This has several advantages: Each order is scheduled on time and assigned to production. This ensures that deadlines are met precisely and that each of our customers is treated equally. With our well-trained setter, we produce punched parts quickly and cost-effectively on our high-speed or eccentric presses as well as on insertion presses with up to 250 tons. Many of our setters have learned their stamping technology knowledge as toolmakers.
