Every day, our toolmakers produce new punching tools, progressive dies, deep-drawing dies or forming dies that are individually adapted to the needs of our customers. The tools are always serviced with a view to stabilising and optimising the processes.
The importance of WKK's own tool shop was underlined in 2006 when the area for the department was doubled. This created space for new and additional machines in the field of eroding, milling and grinding of parts. It is a must for WKK to keep its machinery at the cutting edge of technology, precision and economy. Only in this way can we survive in the highly competitive tool manufacturing market and at the same time offer our employees a safe and productive working environment.
