Deburring is a high art. And we control them. We have the ability to deburr or polish a punched part with a fine thread. For this we use our Trowal machines or other deburring machines.

Trowalizing is no foreign word to us. We carry out surface treatment by so-called vibratory grinding in large trowal containers for long, small, short, light and heavy stampings or milled parts. In WKK, the trowal process is often directly connected to the stamping process, which results in very high economic efficiency. But we also trowalise for other competitors who like to fall back on our skills and experience when it comes to finding the right means or stones for the optimal result.

Since 2012 we have connected a new dry grinding machine directly to the punching process. This means that the deburring process is directly integrated for flat stamped parts. The dry grinding process is often used when a punching tool fails to emboss the sheet edges in one process for cost reasons or because it does not meet the product requirements.

Our customers often want the edges of a stamped part to be rounded off. We know this requirement from textile or medical technology, which sets very high standards for the products in this area. However, thanks to the know-how of our employees, we can be sure that they evaluate the correct deburring process for each part.
