WKKK est certifiée ISO 9001 (gestion de la qualité) depuis 1993. En 2016, la certification selon ISO 13485 (produits médicaux - gestion de la qualité) a été ajoutée. Depuis 2022, la WKK est en outre certifiée selon la norme de gestion environnementale ISO 14001.
