Wobble riveting is an old method of joining two workpieces together by means of a wobbling motion of the rivet head on a circular path. In addition to the material-specific deformation of the rivet, the advantage lies in the gentle treatment of the rivet surface, which is largely retained, as the closing head is continuously cold deformed in a punctiform manner by reaching the yield point. At WKK we are ideally equipped for this assembly technology and use it in products for a wide variety of industries, such as construction, locking technology, furniture and many other branches of industry. Often we can fall back on standardized rivets made of steel or stainless steel, which we connect with the workpieces. The high quality of the joints of the components makes it very difficult to open the sheet metal pieces without external influence.
